Contract to Direct Hire Opportunity
Reliance Aerotech Services is seeking a well-qualified avionics technician for a contract to direct hire opportunity supporting our customer in Southern Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for long term employment with a stable company.
The avionics technician will be providing support for various helicopter models in a Part 145 Repair Station. The avionics tech will be responsible for performing all avionics related maintenance, including new installations, troubleshooting and repair. All work will be performed in accordance with customers operating manuals, polices, and procedures. This position requires a high degree of skill and professionalism.
Job Requirements:
--Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification Preferred but not mandatory
--Must have 3+ years of Helicopter avionics maintenance experience
--Applicants must have a stable work history (no job hoppers will be considered)
--Must provide own tools
--Must be able to pass a 10 year background check with no felonies or adverse criminal activity
--Must have a current and valid driver's license
--Must pass a DOT/FAA Pre-employment Drug Screen
