Aircraft Maintenance Technician-Long Term Storage-Tucson
Job Description:
Reliance Aerotech Services is seeking a few A&P mechanics to support our customer in Tucson, AZ working Boeing aircraft into long term storage. Long term contract work, $1000 Sign on Bonus, 1st week lodging provided!
Responsibilities include:
Conduct long-term storage preservation procedures on aircraft and engines per OEM and regulatory requirements e preservation procedures on aircraft and engines per OEM and regulatory requirements.
Perform scheduled storage maintenance checks including environmental monitoring, rotation programs, lead detection and corrosion assessment.
Perform return to service activities including depreservation tasks, system restorations, and operational checks.
Job Requirements:
Current and valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
2+ year's maintenance experience on Boeing narrow or wide body aircraft.
Knowledge of long term storage processes such as desiccant usage, moisture barrier sealing, and periodic preservation intervals.
Must pass pre-employment FAA-DOT drug screen.
Must pass standard 10 year background check.
